Thanks to the kindness
and support from the local
business community, we are able to provide transportation
to pregnant women, babies and children to the appointments
with the different health care providers such as doctors,
health departments and dentists.
As of December 2006, we transported individuals from over
600 immigrant families residing in Calhoun, Cleburne, Clay,
Randolph, Talladega, St. Clair, Etowah, Dekalb and Marshall
counties by driving 200,000 miles approximately to attend
appointments with health care providers.
If you have a vehicle that you do not use or need anymore,
PLEASE consider to donate it to
us. Your gift will contribute with our effort to provide
this service to more individuals.
